Stardust Polish Wadsworth and Mr. Green

*PRESS SAMPLE*
Hello Lovelies! I am excited to share an exciting polish maker with you. I have been wanting to try her polishes for so long and I just haven't gotten around to it (shame on me!). When Drema of Stardust Polish contacted me and asked me to review a couple polishes from her new Clue (the Movie) Collection, I was over the moon! I've been openly stalking swatches on IG and drooling over Drema's creations, so I was thrilled she when contacted me. And, I was even more surprised to find out that she lived in Michigan, too! ^.^ Anywho, enough gushing and on to the pretties.

This is Stardust Polish Wadsworth.
Wadsworth is a "black jelly with iridescent square glitter & rainbow shifting micro slices. Sheer in 1 coat, opaque in 3. May look best with 2 coats over black".
I used one coat of Wadsworth over FP Black Expressionism and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat.
The polish applied beautifully, with a glass-like appearance.
Pure Gorgeousness!

This is Stardust Polish Mr. Green.
Mr. Green is a "slight green duchrome sheen with a touch of holo & holo glitter. Can be worn on it's own in 3-4 coats but meant to be worn over another color, preferably black".
I used one coat of Mr. Green over FP Black Expressionism and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat.
Again, application was seamless.
I found this duochrome, while considerably slight, to be quite stunning.

After using these two polishes, I am definitely a fan of Stardust Polish. The formula is fantastic and both polishes I tried were incredibly beautiful. If you haven't had the opportunity to check out any other swatches of the Clue Collection, I urge you to visit Drema's shop or hop on IG. :)

FYI: the Clue Collection is available NOW and everything has been restocked in Drema's shop. There has also been a new polish released called Olivia.

To purchase Wadsworth, Mr. Green and other Stardust Polishes, visit Drema's shop here. Also, make sure you head over and like Stardust Polish on FB and follow stardustpolish on Instagram to stay updated on restocks and new polish releases.

Have a fabulous and warm afternoon and as always,
HAPPY LACQUERING! =)

Liquid Sky Lacquer Christmahannukwanzaa Collection

Hello Lovelies! The last Christmas collection from Liquid Sky Lacquer that Carolyn sent me is the Christmashannukwanzaa Collection. This collection has nine unique polishes that were just as much fun applying as they were unwrapping!

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Ice Princess.
Ice Princess is a "glitter bomb with white, and light blue glitters. It gives your nails that cool grace expected from such a regal person".
I used one coat of Ice Princess over FP Black Expressionism and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. The coverage of this polish was outstanding! One coat really looked phenomenal over black and the application was a breeze.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer O Christmas Tree.
O Christmas Tree is a "green jelly with circle glitters in all colors and sizes to remind you of decorating the Christmas tree with all kinds of colorful ornaments".
I used two coats of O Christmas Tree over CG Paper Chasing and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. To create this look, I found that tipping the bottle upside-down worked best to get more circle glitter, although I did need to fish for the larger glitters a bit.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Holly Berries.
Holly Berries is a "glitter bomb with green, red, and gold glitters. A festive glitter topper for those holiday parties".
I used two coats of Holly Berries over a white base and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. This polish was difficult to photograph, but gorgeous IRL. The close-up really shows the uniqueness of the berry-looking glitters.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Ho! Ho! Ho!

Ho! Ho! Ho! is a "glitter bomb with red, black, white, and gold glitters. A jolly blend to remind you of those late nights trying so hard to stay awake hoping to catch a glimpse of Santa".
I used one coat of Ho! Ho! Ho! over CG Holly-Day and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. Application was easy as pie and there was zero need to fish for glitter.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Don't Eat The Yellow Snow.
Don't Eat The Yellow Snow is a "a glitter bomb with white and yellow glitters, reminding you of the warnings you hear when snow begins to fall".

I used one generous coat of Don't Eat The Yellow Snow over FP Black Expressionism and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. The coverage of this polish was fantastic! One coat easily worked over the black base to create an incredibly contrasting mani.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Kawaida.
Kawaida is a "glitter bomb with green, red and black glitter. Representing the seven principles of Kwanzaa: Unity, Self-Determination, Collective Work and Responsibility, Purpose, Creativity, and Faith".
I used two coats of Kawaida over CG Pelican Gray and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. Dense glitter coverage and easy application made this one a homerun!

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Hot Cocoa With Whip.
Hot Cocoa With Whip is a "glitter bomb with white, caramel, and brown glitters, bringing back the cozy feel of hot Cocoa on a cold winter night".
I used three thin coats of Hot Cocoa With Whip over CG Street Chic and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. I added a swirl accent nail because this polish inspired me!

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Tis The Season.
Tis The Season is a "glitter bomb consisting of red, green and white, glitters reminiscent of candy canes, fancy packages, and decorative wreaths".
I used one coat of Tis The Season over CG Pelican Gray and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. Zero fishing and perfect application!

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer 8 Nights.
8 Nights is a "glitter bomb with white, silver, and blue glitters. The Festival of Lights and the time for re-dedication. Wearing this beautiful glitter gives extra sparkle as you light each night in remembrance".
I used two coats of 8 Nights over CG Pelican Gray and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. This polish was too stunning for words. Simple application in one coat, tons of gorgeous glitter, zero fishing, MAJOR glam!

Liquid Sky Lacquer Holoday Collection

Hello Lovelies! This holiday season, with so many polish collections at your fingertips, I find it positively brilliant that Carolyn has released the Holoday Collection~a trio of Christmas holo polishes. Take a looksie!

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer White Christmas.
White Christmas is a "white with slight silver holo that reminds you of snow falling on Christmas Day!".
I used two coats of White Christmas and no topcoat.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Ever Green.
Ever Green is an "emerald green holo that reminds you of the great Christmas trees around this time of year".

I used two coats of Ever Green and no topcoat for this beautiful manicure.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Sleigh Me.
Sleigh Me is a "red linear holo that reminds you of the fun conversations and laughs around the holidays".
I used two brilliant coats of Sleigh Me and no topcoat.

I am extremely pleased with this trio, just as I always am with any holo polish Carolyn creates. The formulas are beyond fantastic (no dragging, pooling, etc.). I am almost convinced that LSL holos can apply themselves. If you've ever bought one, you know what I'm talking about. Two coats are perfect for a beautifully finished mani! ^.^
